Question : DNS suffix search order is not working

Experts,
I have just created a secondary DNS zone on my server for our sister compnay.  I get all updates from their server.  When I put their domain name in my network adaptors DNS suffix search order, it does not resolve.  I can ping if I type the FQDN, but if I just use the host name, no joy.  This should be working, maybe there is something I am overlooking?
Any help would be appreciated.

Answer : DNS suffix search order is not working

As displayed in the ipconfig-screenshot you have not added the domain nashfinch.com in the DNS-suffix order, but in the question you say you have done that. So where have you added the DNS-suffix for nashfinch.com?
Is the last nslookup-screenshot from the same host as the ipconfig-screenshot?

The forwarders-screenshot looks a little bit confusing when you're forwarding all unresolved queries to both internal and external server addresses. It would be better to configure conditional forwarding so the unresolved queries for the given domain is forwarded to a server responsible for the domain.
