That's actually quite common. Networked Printers, Wireless Access Points, NAS devices, Mobile Phones connected to a wireless network can all cause this if they don't report their names to DHCP properly.
Reasonably common, nothing I would worry about too much. Don't forget you can tell by the DHCP lease expiry time approximately when the devices were last connected. For example if the lease expires on August 7th 2009 at 08:00 and your scope is set to lease addresses for 3 days, the device was last connected on August 4th.
