The Best application on the market that I have come across is ISS (Internet Security Scanner) www.iss.net

Last year, I did a lot of work with them and they had a deal where you can lease the software for 1 month, so all of you testing and fixing within that month for about $500.

This is a bargin compared to an outside vendor or purchasing this software.

It gives excellent reports, from a broad CIO point of view to a technical (how to fix it) point of view.
