Question : Can't share files on xp home peer-to-peer net

I have 2 computers running xp home with peer to peer networking. A is dhcp host, B is client. Internet sharing is enabled. B can access internet via A. B cannot access shared resources on A.

- Security stuff is all turned off.
- IP addresses are correct. Ping works.
- Netbios is enabled on both
- Computer browsing is running on both.

Ideas ...?
