Question : Sending POP3 Email while traveling

Hi,
My user's at times will have difficulty sending pop3 email while traveling.
Is there a solution that can help with this?

There are some third party SMTP server that you can subscribe.

Client of mine uses this before and it works well wherever he go - providing he has internet access of course. All you need to do is to register and get the free trail, follow the instruction to enter details in Outlook (SMTP server and user details).

The only downside I guess is that you subscribe to a "service plan" that works on number of email being sent per day. So if your user is only a light user thats not a problem. Otherwise you may have to subscribe to a "higher" plan.
