Bottom line is, you can't.
Unless, of course, you're running RARP (that's Reverse ARP) services on a router/gateway box AND that computer has "seen" the IP/MAC combination is the traffic it's observed. NT, by the way, doesn't include RARP so you'll have to use an OS that supports it. Solaris, HPUX, Linux, and most other unix flavors do.
Basically, RARP is a database maintained by a server of the IP numbers and their correcponding MAC addresses. Beyond that, the only other solution is to examine all the IP numbers on your network or subnet and see if you can find a MAC address match. This, however, is not recommended as it will really tie up your network.
