Question : Connect two seperate remote offices via VPN WAN LINK

we have 2 remote offices in different locations in the city and we want to setup a trust connection with each other domains.

The only thing is that we dont have a direct wan connection.

I was wondering weather this would be possible by vpn and could anyone please advise how this can be done.
