Question : How do I  restore an apple mail account

I am using apple mail  on a  MAC  and I have deleted   a pop acount from my mac.
Will the emails still be on my mac somewhere. if so how do a restore them.

It's possible (depending on your configuration) that the emails are still out on the POP server, but unfortunately they are gone from the machine. Recreating that account will let you know  whether or not they are still out there. I'd recommend buying a 16/32GB usb stick and using Time Machine to periodically backup your Mail/Documents/Pictures/Music, etc. If you have an external drive that can always be connected, that would work even better ...
