Question : how can I convert a picture message to a multipart hex sms ?

Hi, We need to send picture message using sms.

How can we convert 72/28 pix gif to multipart hex with proper header , so that these can be sent as sms to the subscribers. We have connectivity with telco .

I have seen the  Smart_Messaging_FAQ_v2_0.pdf ..  
we need  a suitable converter / tools for the work,

we have found useful tools at statsms.net  , but those are web based service . No simple solution / library found that can be used in production .. it seems we will have to wirte our own .. wish me luck.
