Question : Administer Telephone Switchboard via PC

Hi There,
We have a Samsung iDCS 500 telephone system at work and I've been asked to find software that will allow our receptionist to answer calls via her PC.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Probably want to get the softphone from Samsung, they have a number of windows based apps for that system.

You can download it from the above link.  Not sure if it is a demo or is free.  Also a number of other management tools for download as well.

You may be able to use 3rd party softphones as well but sometimes getting anything beyond basic features working with a particular phone system can be a problem.
