I am not acquainted with telephony teminology. I run a voice networking tender coupled with data. A tenderer lauched a complain that, the specifications are vendor biased. The intention is to now specify products that are vendor neutral. I have trouble trying to study and specify appropriately neutral componets hence a request to assist with equivalent of the attached list and even modification. Thank you.

If that is the question you may want to look at the IP PBX call 3CX. It is a windows based IP PBX that allows many different IP Phones and hardware. open.
