Question : Can I set up email filters to auto-forward an incoming email on the server side
Hi
Our environment is Windows Server 2003, Exchange 2003, Office 2003, XP Pro.
We have a customer who will not change the address that he emails us at. Say he currently emails "Team3". But "Team 6" now deal with his stuff. I am therefore looking to "auto froward" an email from him when he emails "Team3" to "Team6" The sender's email address is always the same, and the subject field always contains the same text. We need to retain both "Team3" and "Team6" email accounts.
We use Outlook 2003.
Any help gratefully appreciated.
