Question : Sky Broadband Wireless connectivity

Hi guys,
 I've got another problem. I have just upgraded from 1meg to sky 8 megs broadband. I am unable to connect wirelessly with the sky router and I am using D-link g520+ wireless card. It detects the wireless internet but doesn't connect to the internet. it asks for the network wep key and i enter 5 or 13 characters but it still doesn't connect to the internet.

           i've rung the sky people a number of times and the say that it might be the compatibility problem between the wireless cards and the router(new sky one).

 can somebody help me with that asap.

Hey,

Do you know the correct WEP key?

Can you use the cable and get to the settings page for the wireless and change it to WPA and choose a new key?
