Question : Change phone ring out number

I have a sales guy in Denver that makes sales calls to Phoenix, the problem he is having that when he calls from corporate (Denver) the people never answer the phone because I assume it is an out of state number,

When he was at the plant in Phoenix he made phone calls locally and was able to contact customers,

Is there a way to have an extension in Denver route over Phoenix??
