Question : how to tell if I've a wireless networking card

Hello !  

How do I tell if I've got a wireless networking card installed ?

Under the device manager, it lists :

1394 net adapter
realtek rlt8139/810x family fast ethernet nic

But I don't know what those are exactly . .  Is something listed as "1394 Firewire" relevant ?

It's a newer laptop ( about a year ), and I thought I remembered asking for a wireless card, I just can't remember precisely whether I got it or not, and I don't know how to find out.

Oh, just to mention, I'm on XP.

not to familiar with the dell bios, and they all differ really. Somwhere in the advanced setup it will have  wireless LAN adapter or something. Just make sure it is enabled. If you cant find it anywhere in the bios, chances are that there is not one installed.
