Question : Can't connect laptop to wireless network!

Help! I am about to throw my entire network out the windows because of my Notebook Card.
I can't seem to get my laptop to connect to my wireless router. My home network consist:

One Motorola WR850G wireless router

Two Motorola PCI WPC1810G wireless cards

One Motorola notebook adaptor (WN825G)-which I can't get attached to my router and my computer which is connected directly to the router.

Encryption: WPA-PSK
Encryption status: TKIP
Laptop O/S: Windows 98SE
Error message when viewing using winipcfg: IP address is default windows 169.254.2.157
When I try and renew DHCP server is unavailable
Since all of my NICS are wireless G, I have my router set to use this method only.

I have tried everything I can think of including replacing the router with a new one, and the notebook card. My wireless utility on my laptop can see my network ( I am broadcasting the SSID until I can get my laptop working) but can't connect. I type in my key and nothing happens. My other wireless computers work just fine. I was able to get a brief cnnection about two weeks ago but it was only good for one day and then nothing. All of my other computers can access just fine. Help...
