Question : Unable to obtain Terminal Server User Configuration Error Message

Some of my users are experiencing an intermittent error, when they log on to a server with Remote Desktop.  The error does not allow them to log in, and displays the following message:  "Error: The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted."
