Question : domain admin and domain user accounts are being locked out

the only info i can find is from eventid.net -

Failure Code 12 indicates the logon failed because of time-of-day or workstation restrictions????

Answer : domain admin and domain user accounts are being locked out

you should check if the system (workstation) time and the server time are the same.
If they are not in sync you can get a failed login.
