I have an HTC Cruise phone with a 3G contract that accesses the internet (email and web browsing) as it should. I've used the ICS program on the HTC to activate internet connection sharing and, when the phone is connected by USB to my PC, the PC recognises that there is a network connection there and the connection properties show packest being passed both ways.
However, the PC can't use the link to access the internet, which is what I need.
