Hi Experts: I have a problem in my exchange server it happens when the server starts , and gives me an exchange error window says: ( COM Surrogate encountered aproblem and need to close)and when i opend the event viewer in the application report i found this error

According to this it looks as though you are running a third party package McAffe GroupShield for Exchange. This is whats is failing and causing the rest of your issues. Off the top of my head i'd say give McAffe a call if you have support with them. If not re-install the product as it looks to be somewhat upset obviously. If you need the Exchange server back up asap you could just remove it and see how that helps!!
