Question : Connecting wireless keyboard causes printer to not print.
A client recently purchased a wireless mouse and keyboard from us. I set it up on his laptop in our shop and everything worked fine. Because his laptop has no PS2 ports i connected it using USB. He took it back to his office and reconnected and tried to print a document but nothing would happen. If you disconnect the usb it immeditaely starts printing. Before he got the wireless keyboard and mouse combo, he had a Wired usb keyboard and wireless mouse and they caused no problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I forgot to add the printer is on the network and is not connected to his laptop.
