Question : Wireless Connection Issue
We just got a wx1200 wireless controller and 5 3850 access points. We had a company come in and configure everything. Problem is, nothing seems to work. We have a 3COM 5500G-EI-48PT SWCH. The network switch wasn't connected to the rest of network at the time of the wireless install. I have tried using a crossover cable from the controller to the switch and nothing. I can't login to the switch or the access points by IP just keep getting a page not found error. Do I use the uplink ports on the controller to connect to the switch or one of the network ports on the switch? I'm just not sure what is wrong. The access points and controller are configured with a 192.168.x.x ip address. Thanks for your help!
