Question : No sound comming in to our callmanager

phone calls are completed just fine, from the cisco softphone to an external mobile phone, and the mobile phone can hear the caller, but when he speaks no sound is getting through.

problem is also present on the cisco hardphones.

so the incomming audio is not working.

anybody got any ideas?

Do you have UDP 5060 open from outside to inside?
