Question : CISCO FLASH BACKUP

I PURCHASED NEW FLASH CARDS FOR MY 1841...HOW CAN I COPY ALL OF THE ORIGINAL FLASH CARD TO MY TFTP?  OR DO I HAVE TO DO EACH FILE INDIVIDUALLY...BASICALLY I AM MOVING FROM A 32MB TO 64..

You have to move each file individually
router#copy flash: tftp

You really only need the config and the IOS .bin image. If you're using the SDM GUI, then you can download just the GUI .tar file from Cisco and xtract it to the new flash:

Else, use a USB thumb drive to copy all of the files on the old flash instead of a tftp server...
