Question : IP address conflict

I have three PC's on a home network.  On onme of them, I always get a pop-up error box claiming..."There's an IP address conflict with another computer on teh network".  It does not seem to affect anything, but it's annoying - How can I get rid of this message?

or with many devices you may be running out of IP addresses in you dhcp pool. Check to make sure you have enough addresses.
