Question : Moved Files from Windows EFS to New Machine need to decrypt

I have Moved Files from Windows EFS to New Machine and I can not access the files any longer. I have the original laptop. How can remove the encryption on the files and decrypt.

I have seen "commerical" applications that do offer this however at a price (100) or so.

However if you have the orginal laptop you can import the "profiles" to the new machine to gain access.
